BOARDING DROP OFF & PICK UP HOURS

ALL BOARDING RESERVATIONS:

PLEASE UNDERSTAND:  EVEN THOUGH WE CARE FOR PETS 24/7: WE FOLLOW THESE HOURS STRICTLY TO MAINTAIN A CONSTANT SCHEDULE FOR OUR GUESTS.  PLEASE RESPECT THESE TIMES.   Our lobby door will not be answered outside of these times.  All boarding pick ups and drop offs must be scheduled within our online reservation system, and we ask that you arrive at that time chosen by you.

Times for pickup and drop off vary for each day for our boarding reservations.  You will see the available times for your drop off and pick up day when you register on our website and make your reservation.  After choosing your dates you will be presented with the available times on that day to choose from.

 We are CLOSED for Drop Off and Pick Ups on the following holidays:  Please reserve your boarding dates accordingly:  New Years Day, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, & Easter.   


Please Advise of Time of Drop Off and Estimated Time of Pick Up when making a reservation request.
Please Text the PPC Text Line: 412-856-8505 if your pet is under our care and your pick up time and date needs changed.  We will do our best to accommodate your request.  Please text us at least 1 day prior to the pick up date/time.  Additional fees may apply due to time change.

Late Pick Ups:
 

Our door is locked and closed at the designated closing time.  Any guests not picked up by the chosen pick up time (by customer) will spend the evening.  They may be picked up the following day during normal business hours.   All applicable boarding fees will be charged, and the 11:00 am no charge pick up policy is null and void in this circumstance.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  

 

If you find that these times do not meet your needs, we'd rather ask that you seek services elsewhere in all due respect.

Late Policies will be strictly enforced.  

We believe in providing the upmost and best care for your pet.   In order for us to do so, we must implement these rules for appointment times.  We schedule each day around the times.  The animals needs ALWAYS come first.   Thank you.
